Return & Refund Policy

At Eircore, we want every order to feel like the right call — even if you change your mind. Here's how returns work in plain English.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial

Use your Eircore product for up to 90 days. If it doesn't work for you for any reason — wrong fit, didn't feel safer, just not what you expected — email us and we'll refund 100%. No restocking fees. No "send it back first" hoops. We cover the return shipping label.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@eircore.com with your order number.
  2. We email you a pre-paid USPS return label within 24 hours.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS box. We refund within 3-5 business days of receiving it.

Damaged on arrival or wrong item shipped

If your package arrives damaged or the item doesn't match what you ordered, we cover the return AND ship a replacement at our expense. Send a photo to support@eircore.com within 7 days of delivery.

What we cannot refund

  • Items modified or visibly tampered with (security devices must remain unmodified for warranty to apply).
  • Returns requested after 90 days of delivery date.

Out-of-stock orders

If we cannot ship within our normal handling time due to a stock shortage, we will email you the choice to wait or get a full refund.

PayPal address verification

If your PayPal name and shipping address do not match, we will email you for verification. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we automatically refund the order.
