Shipping Policy

Here's how Eircore ships, in plain English.

Shipping cost

$5 flat-rate tracked shipping on every order. No minimum. No hidden fees.

Where we ship

Continental United States. We currently do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Armed Forces (APO/FPO) addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

9-12 business days from order date to your door (processing + transit). You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

Carriers

Tracked international shipping with handoff to USPS for final-mile delivery in the United States.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@eircore.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7+ days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact support@eircore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement or refund at our discretion.
