Here's how Eircore ships, in plain English.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum. No hidden fees.

Duties and taxes

Included. The price you pay at checkout covers import duties and taxes. Nothing is collected from you on delivery, wherever you are.

Where we ship

Worldwide. Most of our orders go to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, but we ship anywhere we can hand a tracked parcel to a carrier.

That includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Armed Forces (APO/FPO) addresses, and PO Boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

10-18 days from the order date to your door, processing included. Half of our orders arrive inside 14 days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package ships.

These are real numbers from our own delivered orders, not a carrier estimate. Remote destinations and customs checks can push an order past the top of that range; if yours is running late, email us and we will chase it.

Carriers

Tracked international shipping, with handoff to a local carrier for final-mile delivery — USPS in the United States, and the national postal service or a local courier elsewhere.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@eircore.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once a package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated in 7+ days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact support@eircore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement or refund at our discretion.
